Beth and Evelyn met and became friends when they were single Moms with kids in the South Kortright school. They were both REALTORS working for different companies. In July of 2020 as the pandemic and the real estate market exploded around them, they decided to join forces and the Catskill Regional Team was born. Their complementary styles, diverse backgrounds and 35+ years of combined real estate experience established them as a dominant force in the regional market. They opened an office on Main Street in Stamford in April of 2023.

Beth and Evelyn are both transplants to this area. Beth came from Chicago in late 1995 and Evelyn came from Beaufort, SC in 1998. Raising their children in the local schools gives them the unique ability to know, love and respect the local community and interpret the culture for newcomers.
